These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gridle (the "Game"), operated by VergiDev (Attila Bott) ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Questions: tcgswow@gmail.com.

The Game is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your devices. All content — including graphics, code, sounds, characters and game mechanics — is the exclusive property of VergiDev and is protected by international intellectual property law.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, if higher) to use the Game. If you are younger, you may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game;
• use cheats, bots, hacks or exploit bugs;
• interfere with the Game's operation or other players' experience;
• use the Game commercially without our written permission.

Violations may result in termination of your access to the Game and forfeiture of in-game benefits.

Payments for in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Our current catalog includes ad removal, lifetime boosters, skin packs and bundles (subject to change). Purchases are generally non-refundable, except as provided by Google Play's refund policy or applicable law. We do not sell or offer subscriptions.

All in-game currencies, points, items, skins, boosters, rewards and other virtual goods in the Game — including "Money", Legendary Points, and any rewards obtained from rewarded advertisements — exist solely inside the Game. They:

• have no monetary or real-world value;
• cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or converted into cash, cryptocurrency or any real-world goods or services;
• do not constitute gambling and offer no chance to win real-world prizes;
• are licensed to you for use within the Game only and remain our property.

Rewarded advertisements provide in-game benefits only. We may add, change, balance or remove virtual goods, features and rewards at our discretion.

The Game stores your progress mainly on your local device. You are responsible for your own data — we are not liable for loss of data caused by device failure, loss, uninstallation or manipulation.

The Game displays third-party rewarded video ads via Google AdMob. We may also use other ad providers or mediation partners (such as Unity LevelPlay and the Unity Ads network). Watching ads is always optional and rewards only in-game benefits. Ads may be unavailable at any time (for example, due to network conditions or lack of ad inventory) — we do not guarantee the availability of ads or of any specific reward opportunity. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party ad networks.

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VergiDev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Game will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 10. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at https://gridle.vergi.dev/terms. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
