# Terms and Conditions **Last Updated:** February 10, 2026 Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the **Gridle** mobile application ("Service", "Game") operated by **VergiDev** ("we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. ## 1. License and Intellectual Property VergiDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on your mobile devices. The Service and its original content (including but not limited to graphics, code, sounds, characters, and game mechanics), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VergiDev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. ## 2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities By using the Service, you agree not to: - Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game. - Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any other unauthorized software to modify the Game or gain an advantage. **Gridle has strict anti-cheat protection; manipulative behavior may result in a permanent ban of your account or access.** - Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission. - Harass, abuse, or harm other users (if the game includes social features). ## 3. In-App Purchases (IAP) Gridle offers the option to purchase virtual goods (e.g., "Gridle Coins", skins, boosters) or features (e.g., "Remove Ads") for real money ("In-App Purchases"). - **Payment:** Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms and conditions. - **Refunds:** Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by Google Play's refund policy or local laws. - **Ownership:** You do not acquire ownership of virtual goods, but a limited license to use them within the Game. ## 4. Data Saving and Loss Gridle primarily uses local data storage on your device. While we strive for data security (e.g., backup mechanisms), **you are responsible for the security of your own data**. VergiDev is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, loss, app uninstallation, or manipulation. ## 5. Advertisements The Service may contain third-party advertisements (e.g., Unity LevelPlay, IronSource). These ads may link to external websites or services that are not under the control of VergiDev. We accept no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of third parties. ## 6. Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VergiDev does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. ## 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VergiDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data or revenue) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. ## 8. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting.
